I'm assuming this is what you emailed me about? I'm not sure what an Amazon widget is. I upload photos from my computer when I type my post. Some people use Photobucket.com to resize images and store/organize their blogger photos. You can also use Picasa by Google (which you should have since I see you have a Gmail account).
Email me again, more details, if it still doesn't allow you to upload photos!
